IMPEACH MY BUSH

Joined by Joan Jett, Josh Homme, Beth Ditto, and more, Peaches offered up a call to revolution with 2006’s 'Impeach My Bush.’ Recorded in Berlin and Los Angeles, the record featured the utterly contagious single “Boys Wanna Be Her,” which would go on to become the theme song for the hit ​TBS series ​Full Frontal with Samantha Bee​. ​NME called it “a near-perfect distillation of Peaches,” while ​Wired hailed Peaches for having “old school synth loops, gritty drum samples, and a mouth that puts Lenny Bruce to shame.”
